A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic corporate / commercial solicitor to join a highly regarded and fast growing UK top 200 law firm based in Taunton but also covering other offices.
You will deal with with both general and transaction corporate work as well as commercial contracts, including general contracts, supply, distribution and franchise agreements and terms and conditions.
You will ideally have between 2 and 4 years PQE, be highly motivated and proactive and willing to help grow the corporate commercial team. You will be able to work commercially on your own and have a strong focus on business development with excellent communication skills and confidence.
