An excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join a busy and friendly team in Highcliffe or West Moors.
The role will include:
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and the Land Registry
- Drafting contracts
- Diary management for the Specialist Property Solicitor
- Dealing with routine correspondence and queries from the client and 3rd parties
- Preparing and overseeing completions, under the supervision of the Solicitor
- Registration and post registration formalities
You will have at least 1 years experience of working in a law firm within conveyancing. You will be able to use case management and digital dictation software and have fast and accurate typing speed. You will have excellent client care and communication skills, be professional and have a positive attitude and proactive nature.
