We Need You! Sofie Scott Targets Dorset Venus Awards Finals

I am delighted to announce that I have been nominated for the semi-finals of the Dorset Venus Awards! Following this fantastic achievement, I now ask for your generous support. To help me reach finals, I urge you to please vote for me in Business Mother of the Year Award category, sponsored by Talbot Heath School.Movie All Is Lost (2013)

Taking just a short moment, simply follow this link, tick the box next to Sofie Scott, and then submit your vote: www.valasystem.com/public-voting#public-voting/Dorset/2016. Be aware that voting closes on the 25th of July 2016 so there isn’t much time left!

Having already impressed the judges to put my semi-final nomination into context let me tell you about my inspirational story. Back in August 2015, whilst I was on maternity leave, I began to research innovative business ideas. Identifying a gap in the market, I grasped the opportunity to start my own boutique legal sector recruitment consultancy, ASH Elite.

Since that time and under my guidance ASH Elite has continued to show rapid growth. My success has come from my passion for getting to know every employer and candidate to find the perfect fit for each career. Providing a tailored service that suits people’s individual needs and requirements I have broken from the conventional model of recruitment. I can now celebrate 92.5% of all candidates that I send to interview being offered a new career. Highlighting my success I can also point to a firmly established and prestigious client base, which stretches across Dorset and Hampshire.

Coming such a long way in such a short time, to receive the Business Mother of the Year Award would be an exceptional achievement. I set up ASH Elite when my son was just a few months old and though it has been a real challenge, it has also been incredibly rewarding to have both nurtured my first child and met the demands of a new business. Having juggled business and motherhood, to have all my hard work and dedication recognised in the finals would now be a humbling experience.

Therefore, as both a successful businesses women and mother, I would like to ask you to please vote for me!

Thank you for all your support!
